How can I pay?
You can choose between PayPal, credit card and iDeal.
What is iDeal?
iDeal is a secure payment method on the Internet and has been jointly developed by the large banking institutions in the Netherlands. iDeal is by far the most important payment method in that country.
Is iDeal safe?
Absolutely. The banking institutions that developed iDeal guarantee secure payments.
Is VAT (sales tax) included in the prices on the website?
Yes, VAT is included in the prices.
Do I receive an invoice or proof of payment?
Yes, you can always download an electronic invoice.
What are your conditions of sale?
We are bound by the conditions of the Dutch home shopping organisation. It serves as a guarantee for the consumer.
May I return purchased books?
Yes, you may. Under certain conditions you can return your purchase. We accept returns when they have been sent back to us within 14 days after delivery and if they are accompanied by a copy of the invoice and/or the original shipping notice. Each book has to be undamaged and in its original form. We do not reimburse if the goods appear to be used or damaged. You can return books to:

As soon as we have received the books, we will notify you per email. If conditions above are met, we will reimburse you within 30 days after receiving the return.
Are there costs involved with returning an order?
The applicable postage and packaging costs are borne by you. There are no additional costs involved.
What is your delivery time?
We deliver purchased books to the address specified within 4-5 business days. Books purchased in a bookstore may be delivered within two days.
How much are the postage and packaging costs?
The delivery costs for a standard book are about £2,50. However, this may differ per country.
Do you deliver per mail or per package?
A single copy (or a batch of thin books) will be delivered via mail since it will fit in your mailbox. Should they not fit (which depends on the size of the books) we use a package delivery system. Packages will also be delivered to your home.
What happens when I am not at home at the time of delivery?
The same procedure as with any other package will apply: you will find a note in your mail saying the next business day they will try to deliver the package to you again. You can also contact the delivery supplier to arrange a new delivery time.
